If you want to buy coffee at this place on Saturday, you can't even hope for it. After all, they just simply don't pay attention to you and then tell you the coffee maker has already been washed and no one is going to make you coffee. Nobody in this place has heard of customer focus. Then don't complain that globalization and Starbucks and McDonald's are driving your local business out of the market. In large retail chains, customer orientation and high service standards always come first! After all, the customer pays money and a satisfied customer brings new customers.

No star worthy of loading this at all. You can tell how the staff don't feel like it at all. Half of the topping is missing from the sandwiches. From 1 p.m., no sandwiches will be offered. Often experienced. There seems to be too much work 2 hours before the end of the day. I went straight to another branch and Zack got everything. Sau friendly the service. That was Rüttenscheid. This should take an example.

Bread very tasty if not older than 2 hours. Very tasty country bread. Unfortunately, however, the waiting times are always disproportionate, since staff are constantly busy with the lubrication of rolls and coffee ... so that we will probably make more money!
